The Glasses Store will file your insurance claims for you if you have a Medical Diagnosis or if your insurance company is one that we are contracted with for “wellness” or a “vision rider.”

The Glasses Store does not file insurance claims for a determination of refraction. This is a test to determine a prescription for glasses. Payment for this test is due at the time of service.
