ON-SITE LAB
Our full-service optical lab is equipped with leading-edge technology and stocked with a vast array of premium lenses. And, with our wide selection of in-stock frames, you can take home your new glasses the same day!*
The Glasses Store lab uses the most modern-equipped laboratory, containing cutting-edge equipment and staffed by skilled technicians. This combination results in superior lenses, custom crafted for your eyewear. All of our premium lenses are certified by Hoya® and include such brands as Trivex and Phoenix (lightweight, impact resistant). We also offer one of the thinnest lenses on the market (1.70), something you won’t find in a one-hour store.
We also offer the most advanced digital freeform lenses available. These lenses give much sharper vision across the entire surface of the lens, which creates the most accurate prescription throughout every point of gaze. Thinner (up to 12%) and flatter (20%) than traditional lenses, these are close to optical perfection. And you’ll only find them at The Glasses Store.
Our lab wouldn’t be complete without one of the most highly skilled teams in the business. Our qualified lab technicians not only receive extensive, up-to-date training on all the latest advancements in the optic field, they are also certified by the American Board of Opticianry (ABO), which means quality is never compromised. When you receive your new eyewear, you can be sure it meets the exact standards your doctor has prescribed for you.
