PENSACOLA, Fla. (February 23, 2011) – Center for Sight announced it is the first regional business to offer a new FDA-approved advanced LASIK eye surgery technology. The ALLEGRETTO WAVE® Eye-Q, sold by WaveLight, Inc., is the latest FDA-approved LASIK system in the United States. It delivers the fastest and most precise laser vision correction treatments available. The system is the type of eye surgery technology that emphasizes quality, safety and precision of the results achieved for patients.

The ALLEGRETTO WAVE® has been successfully used since the late 1990s in Europe. This next generation system features WaveLight’s proprietary PerfectPulse technology to ensure maximum safety at high speeds.
